摘要
在甘蓝型油菜自交系中,筛选出一份对细胞质、细胞核(显性、隐性)雄性不育类型均为全恢的广恢复系T1082。利用广恢复系T1082与显性核不育系8702A组配出高产、稳产、抗逆性强、适应性广的强优势组合9407N。利用广恢复系T1082作为恢复源进行杂交转育,对转育后代进行分析研究,结果表明,T1082恢复系的恢复能力遗传力强;并测选到2个转育后代株系(93179、93183)对细胞质和显性核不育系均具有恢复能力。
A wide restoring line T 1082 ,which can restore the fertility of cytoplasmic or genetic(dominant or recessive)male sterile lines,was selected from the selfcross line in Brassica napus A elite combination 9407N was developed through the crossing of wide restoring line and the dominant genetic male sterile line 8702A 9407N is a high and stable-yielding,highly resistant and widely adaptable combination The transferred offspring of T 1082 as restoring source was studied The results were as follows:(1)The heritability of restoring capacity of T 1082 is high;and (2)transferred plant lines(93179,93183)selected from test-cross possess restoring capacity on both cytoplasmic and dominant genetic male sterile lines
