CAPD对腹膜淋巴孔超微结构的影响

摘要 采用Baxter腹透液和国产乳酸盐与醋酸盐腹透液分别注入小鼠腹膜腔,对照组为空白对照,注药后第21d取膈腹膜作扫描电镜观察,并经扫描电镜与计算机联机的图像处理系统对4组120个腹膜孔测试。结果为Baxter组腹膜孔在正常范围,乳酸盐和醋酸盐组腹透液显著大于对照组(p<0.01)。因此可以认为在乳酸盐和醋酸盐组中,腹膜淋巴孔直径因间皮细胞挛缩,纤维素性粘连的牵拉而显著增大;腹膜淋巴孔的增大加速了淋巴重吸收速率,使净超滤减少。 Inject the lactic acid and actic acid peritoneal dialysates made in Baxter and China respectively into the peritoneal cavity of experiment mice After 21 days the lymphatic stomata were observed under the SEM and the size of stomata of four groups was measured by using the computer image management system The results showed that diameter of the stomata of control group is (1 47±0 88) μm, the various coefficient is 59 98 In Baxter group, lactic acid group and actic acid group, the diameters were (1 58±0 95) μm, (6 96±2 46) μm and (6 98±2 16) μm, respectively It showed that the diameter of stomata in Baxter group was in normal range, those of lactic acid and actic acid group were larger than the control ( p <0 01) So it can be deduced that in lactic acid and actic acid groups,the shrink of mesothelial cells and the adhesion of fibrin remarkably increase the diameter of stomata,which will enhence the rate of reabsorption through lymphatic system, and cause the decrease of net ultrafiltration
