等离子重熔不锈钢表面性能及组织研究

摘要 对奥氏体不锈钢表面进行了微束等离子重熔,用SEM观察和分析了重熔前后显微组织的变化,研究了硬度和耐蚀性的变化。发现不锈钢在重熔后晶粒明显细化,杂质分布均匀,硬度和耐腐蚀能力有很大提高。 The surface of austenitic stainless steel was remelted by a micro beam plasma arc. The micro structure was investigated by SEM; the hardness and the passivity ability were studied. The results showed that the grain refined after remelted, the segregation extend and compositions were well distributed, the hardness and the passivity ability improved greatly.
