室间隔缺损的手纹学研究

Dermatoglyphics in ventricular septal defect

观察分析５７例ＶＳＤ患者的手纹。结果显示：①男性指端尺箕增多而斗形纹减少，女性尺箕减少而斗形纹增多，但男女两性双箕斗纹出现率均显著增高。②ａｔｄ角＜对照组。③ａ－ｂＲＣ明显减少。④小鱼际区、Ｉ３区及跨于Ｉ３和Ｉ４区之间的真实花纹出现率增高，但Ｉ４区真实花纹出现率明显减低。

Dermatoglyphics of the hand was observed and analyzed in 57 patients with ventricular septal defect.The results were as follows:In male,the ulnar loop at the finger extremity increased and the whorl decreased.In female,the ulnar loop decreased and the whorl increased.Nevertheless,the double loop whorl in both sexes significantly increased.The atd angle was smaller than that of the control group.The ridge count of a-b obviously decreased.The incidence of the true patterns at the hypothenar,I 3 and the interdigital area between areas I 3 and I 4 increased,but the incidence at area I 4 obviously decreased.
