从１７７例肺心病患者中检出合并冠心病３７例，对其心电图诊断指标探讨，发现ＳＴ－Ｔ的形态，心律失常发生的原因，心电轴左偏的程度，ＰＶ１终末电势在肺心病合并冠心病时都有不同的改变，说明心电图在本病诊断上具有重要价值。

The diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease associated with coronary heart disease is more difficult, there is still no unitary standard. Among the 177 patients of pulmonary heart disease, 37 patients associated with coronary heart disease were found. After the study of their electrocardiographic diagnosis, that the ST-T pattern, the causes of arrhythmia and the degree of the electro-cardiogram axis left-moving are changed differently is found, which indicates that the electrocardiogram is valuable in such disease diagnosis.
