碘附在剖宫产术中的应用

Use of iodophors in cesarean section

取剖宫产１００例作试验组，术前、后用０５％碘伏擦阴道，术中擦宫腔；取相近病例１００例作对照组，术前、后用１‰新洁尔灭擦阴道，术中用０２％甲硝唑擦宫腔；结果显示：试验组术后恢复情况与对照组有显著差异，且无副反应。

Selected 100 cases of cesarean section were enrolled in tested group,in which 0.5% iodophors was rubbed on the vagina before and after operation and on uterine cavity during operation.Another 100 cases were taken for control group,in which 1‰ benzalhonium was rubbed on vagina before and after operation and 0.2% metronidazole on uterine cavity during operation. Results showed that the postoperative recovery of the tested group was better than that of the control one,and the iodophors had no side effect.
