高压旋喷桩技术在大梁水库坝基处理中的应用

Application of High pressure Injection Grout Technique in Dam Foundation Treatmeat of the Daliang Reservoir of the YRDP

本文通过引黄工程大梁水库主坝坝基高压旋喷桩技术的应用，介绍了高压旋喷灌浆对大梁水库坝基砂卵石层的防渗处理方式、施工过程、施工工艺、所用设备等。说明该项技术的应用是成功的，并总结出它设备简单、施工方便、容易掌握、工程可靠、由高喷柱体形成的墙体胶结密实、整体性好、有较大适应性等优点。

In this paper,the application condition of high pressure injection grout technique in dam foundation treatment of the Daliang Reservoir of the YRDP is introduced,including the seepage prevention treatment way of sand and gravel bed of dam foundation,construction procedure,construction technique and equipment used.The treatment result shows that the application of this technique is successful,and also shows its advantages such as simple equipment,convenientness for construction,easiness to learn,and high reliability of works.The seepage preventing wall which is formed by continuous grouted columns has a greater adaptabilty and better a compactness and an integrity.Finally,some problems needing further discussion such as reuse of slurry are proposed.
