自流密实混凝土在引黄输水隧洞回填灌浆中的应用试验

Experiment on Application of Gravity flow and Compacted Concrete in Backtill Grouting of Tunnels of the YRDP

试验了在采用人工砂和掺粉煤灰情况下满足回填强度要求的泵送混凝土。

Both for the natural sand is of too fine the grain size,containing a percentage of dust and/or silt,and for a large amount of sand has to be used in the tunnels'backfill grouting,in this paper,the experiment on mix proportions of pump concrete,of cement grout and of blended cement slurry is done under the condition that the mixed materials are capable of meeting the strength requirement of the backfill grout and made of the manufactured sand that replacess the natural sand which has been used in the YRDP for past two years,and blended with appropriate amount of fly ash.The experiment result shows that the manufactured sand blended with fly ash may be used to replace the natural sand in some cases favorable to cost and quality.
