摘要
该文研究了棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的体躯分布及部分纯化技术。在幼虫和成虫体内均以头部AChE活性最高;AChE在成虫和幼虫头、胸、腹部的活性分布分别为782%、39%、179%和903%、65%和32%。通过用Sepharose4B和SephadexG200纯化后,AChE的最高纯化倍数为366和1774倍。样品和洗脱液中含有TritonX100时,纯化倍数明显高于无TritonX100的处理组。
Body distribution and partial purification of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) were investigated in cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner) The head, thorax and abdomen possessed 78 2%,17 9% and 3 9% of total AChE activities in the 7 th day adult, while in the sixth instar larva,the percentages were 90 3%,6 5% and 3 2% respectively.Eighteen times of the purified factors in AChE activities were obtained by Sephardex G 200,but only four times by Sepharose 4B in column chromatography.The purified factors of AChE were higher with Triton X 100 than without Triton X 100 in eluant.
