摘要
总结和讨论了中国公路建设监理的经验和存在的问题及专业化监理单位的生存与发展思路，探讨了培育和规范监理市场之路。
The experience and problems of Chinese highway construction supervision are concluded and discussed. The developing road of specialized supervision unit is pointed out. Hew to cultivate and standardize the supervision market is presented.
