通过对广西农村合作基金会在发展中存在的问题的分析，提出了强化内部管理，加强资金的计划、风险与安全保障系统的建设，完善会员制等进一步发展的对策与思路。

Based on the analysis on the problems in the development of Guangxl RuralCooperative Foundation, there are some suggestions and countermeasures about enhancinginternal management,constructing risk and safety system,improving membership institution,etc.
