摘要
动态防守是提高防守队员接球时移动速度最有效方法。本文通过对动态防守与静态防守在比赛中效果比较,说明动态防守好于静态防守。同时分析动态防守和静态防守在防守的不同阶段移动速度情况,得出在防守同一来球时,动态防守比静态防守节省时间,建议在今后的排球比赛及训练中多采用动态防守技术。
Active defence is the most effective way to improve defensive footwork speedfor defenders when they are to receive the ball. This essay demonstrates active defence is supprior to quiet defence by comparing the different effect in active defence and quiel defenceused in matches; After analysed the defensive footwork speed in active defence and quiet defence in different defensing stages, it's also shown that more time can be saved by using active defence when defenders receive a ball. This essay provides support for the developmentof active defense technology in volleyball sport. It suggested that active defence technologyshow be applied more frequently in volleyball training and mathches.
