Prototype of a cooperative design support system CoDesign

随着ＣＡＤ系统的广泛使用与计算机支持的协同工作（ＣＳＣＷ）领域研究的迅速进展，人们现在正在寻求将ＣＡＤ与ＣＳＣＷ技术相结合，以开发出计算机支持的协同设计系统。文中讨论在开发一个协同设计支撑系统原型ＣｏＤｅｓｉｇｎ的过程中所涉及的一些设计与实现上的问题。重点放在该系统中涉及协同的方面，所讨论的问题主要包括其体系结构、用户管理、访问控制、群组设计界面与并发控制等方面的算法及策略。最后给出有关的结论及进一步的工作计划。

With the large installations and wide usage of computer aided design (CAD) systems and the rapid advances in the researches on computer supported cooperative work (CSCW), researchers are integrating CAD and CSCW technologies together to develop computer supported cooperative design (CSCD) systems. In this paper, we will present some issues we encountered in the design and implementation of a real time CSCD prototype system. We will place emphasis on the cooperation aspect, describing its architecture and the strategies and algorithms used in the user management, access control, group interface design, concurrency control. Finally we give our concluding remarks and future plan.
