根据黑龙江省的特殊地质环境条件，依据控制地质灾害形成的地域条件和影响地质灾害发生发展的人类工程经济活动方式，分冻土区域性地质灾害、山区区域性地质灾害、矿区地质灾害、农业地质灾害、城市地质灾害和江河沿岸塌岸地质灾害等，对地质灾害的种类、分布、成因、危害程度等基本状况进行了全面分析，提出了规律性认识。同时，有针对性地提出了全省地质灾害防治目标和防治管理对策。

According to the regional condition controlling formation reason and human activity affecting the formation and development of geological disaser, the geological disasters in Heilongjiang Province mainly distribute in frozen soil region, mountain region, mining area, agriculture area, urban area and the region along banks of rivers Based on their distribution areas, the general conditions about the kinds of geloogical disasters,and their distribution,formation, degree of harmness have been analysed comprehensively and their features have been discussed In the meantime,the objectives and countermeasures of prevention and treatment, as well as management have been advanced directly This paper may be helpful for outlining disaster feature managing geological disaster exploring, prevention and treatment reasonably in Heilongjiang province
