辽阳首山地下水开采漏斗存在问题及治理对策

辽阳市首山水源是已有８０年开采历史的大型地下水供水水源，担负着辽宁省鞍山市、辽阳市以及鞍山钢铁公司的供水任务，它在全省的国民经济和社会发展中占有重要地位。首山水源由于长期过量开采，出现大面积地下水开采漏斗，破坏了地下水资源均衡，造成水资源不足，使已有水源工程的功能被破坏并形成诸多环境地质灾害。保护水源，使之稳定运转十分重要。本文针对水源地存在的问题，提出治理方案及对策。

Shoushan cone of depression by mining of groundwater is locater in Liaoyang city.As a main water supply zone for Anshan Steel Company and for other industry and residents in Anshan and Liaoyang,it has been served for about 80 years.Long and over mining caused groundwater lowering and enlarging the cone region and other geological environmental hazard.Countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with the problem of ground water resources are advanced in the paper.
