5-FU 加放疗联合治疗中晚期食管癌

Concurrent Infusion 5-Fluorouracil and Radiotherapy for Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma

作者对5－FU静脉输注合并放射综合治疗的31例中晚期食管癌病例（放化组）与同期单纯放疗的31例中晚期食管癌病例（单放组）进行临床对比分析。分析发现，5－FU合并放射治疗，近期疗效明显优于单放组（P＜0．05）。1、3、5年生存率，放化组分别为：71％、38．7％、25．8％；而单放组则为：58．1％、29．0％、16．1％（P＞0．05）。局部控制率有所改善。毒副作用为轻度造血功能抑制与放射性食管炎，对症处理不影响疗程。提示有进一步进行扩大样本量随机研究的价值。

?From August 1990 to January 1992, 31 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma treated by concurrent infusion 5-fluorouracil and radiotherapy (Arm A) was evaluated and compared with a conventional radiotherapy alone group of 31 similar cases (Arm B) by a retrospective trial. The 1, 3, 5 year survival rate in Arm A was 71%, 38. 7%, 25. 8%, respectively. And in Arm B was 58. 1%, 29% 16. 1%,respectively (Arm A vs. Arm B, P>0. 05). Both in Arm A and Arm B,the main death reasons were local failure and recurrence. But in Arm A is lower than Arm B. The toxicity in Arm A was bone marrow depression and radio-esophagitis (P<0. 05). Concurrent infusion 5-Fluorouracil and radiotherapy could enhance the local control rate. In order to confirm that 5-fluorouracil could improve the survival rate of the patient,we should proceed with the further research with random trial and increase the number of the patients. 〔
