运动诱发电位在脊髓中传导通路及应用价值 被引量:1

THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF CONDUCTION PATHWAYAND THE SIGNIFICANDE OF MEP IN SPINAL CORD

摘要 目的:研究经颅磁刺激(tiranscranialmagneticstimulation,TMS)运动诱发电位(motorevokedpotential,MEP)在脊髓中的传导通路。方法:采用兔的脊髓部分切断伤模型进行TMS-MEP监测,并与体感诱发电位相比较。结果:脊髓前索损伤时MEP消失,侧索损伤时MEP消失或潜伏期延长,后索损伤时潜伏期轻度延长。结论:TMS-MEP可准确的监测脊髓的前侧索损伤并可间接反映脊髓后索损伤。 Objective:To study the conduction pathway of transcranial magnetic stimulation motor evoked potential (TMS-MEP)in spinal cord and its clinical significance by experimental method.Methods:TMS-MEP was used in experimental study to monitor spinal cord function of partly cut spinal cord and to compare with sensory evoked potential(SEP).Results:TMS-MEPs was absent after the injury of anterior columns of spinal cord, absent or delayed after the injury of lateral columns of spinal cord.Conclusions:TMS-MEPs was conducted through anterior and lateral columns of spinal cord while SEP through posterior column of spinal cord. TMS-MEP was an effective method to monitor spinal cord injury.
