摘要
就170F柴油机气门的早期断裂进行了失效分析根据该零件的工作条件及所进行的宏观断口分析、扫描电镜分析及金相检验,认为该气门断裂为疲劳断裂失效;
The fracture failure of 170F diesel exhaust valve lifter are analysed based on the working conditions of the exhaust valve lifter the observation of macroscopic topography, TEM analyses, metallographic examination, which shows fatigue fracture. The stress concentration caused by machined surface roughness in the locking groove of the exhaust valve lifter is the main fatigue failure reason. Some suggests for increasing the exhaust valve lifters life are provided.
