海珠区城区工业的可持续发展

Sustainable Development of Industry in Haizhu District of Guangzhou

海珠区是广州市４个旧城区之一，也是广州市重要的轻工业基地之一，区内２／３的土地为农业用地，使其具有广州市“南肺”的功能．现在区内工业的发展已与该区的角色有较大的矛盾．作者试图以可持续发展理论为指导，探讨区内工业发展与其它功能的相互协调．

The paper selects Haizhu District as an example to study the urban regeneration of Guangzhou city, because it is one part of inner cities, one of important light industry zones of Guangzhou, and most parts of the district are countryside.On the basis of analysis of present character, distribution and main problems of industry, the paper studies the relation between industry regeneration and city regeneration, finally, suggests that a sustainable developing industry system should be built.
