介绍广东省环保人才信息系统的开发背景、系统功能、系统菜单、数据库结构及其编码规则以及系统软硬件环境要求．
This paper illustrates the construction of a qualified personnel for environment protection information system in Guangdong province.The system functions,system menu,software and hardware requirement,database structure and the coding rule of data forms are clearly presented.
