摘要 应用有限单元法分析了大型列管换热器的振动特性,用振型叠加法计算了换热器壳程卡门涡流的动力响应;为大型换热器的可靠性分析、安全运行、延长使用寿命提供了理论依据,并对其延寿运行提出了行之有效的措施。 The analysis of the vibration performance of the large-sized tubular heat exchanger by using the finite element method is presented in the paper.It also presents the dynamic responses of the karman street of the shell side of tubular heat exchanger by the vibration frequency iterative algorithm.It gives the theoretical basis for the reliability analysis,safety in operation and prolonging the life of the large-sized tubular heat exchanger.It also gives the effective solution for prolonging the life.
