球壳表面裂纹的网络自动生成方法

摘要 在平板表面裂纹网格划分的基础上,对裂尖节点坐标进行平移变换,对远离裂尖各节点坐标进行极坐标变换,对要进行凝聚的点进行特殊处理,使其一一对应,将平板转换成一个1/4球壳,边界转化成球壳边界,壁厚不变,编制了球表面裂纹的网格自动划分程序,从而使球表面裂纹应力强度因子有限元计算的前期工作大大简化,方便了利用计算机程序求解。 This paper presents the method based on a generalied mesh generation scheme for the surface crack in the plate,which is reshaped to the spherical shell and the boundary of which is transformed to the spherical shell boundary,and the thickness is constant by means of transformation form.A generalied automatic mesh generation program of the surface crack in the spherical shell is presented.Then the pretreatment to solve the problem on the Stress Intensity Factor(SIF) of the surface crack in the pressurized sphrical shell by means of Finite Element Method(FEM) is simplified.It is a powerful tool for the further research.
