加味真武汤对充血性心力衰竭少阴病阳虚水停证兔ATP酶活性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Modified Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤)on Adenosine Triphosphatase Activity in Rabbits with Congestive Heart Failure

摘要 目的:观察加味真武汤对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)少阴病阳虚水停证兔心肌细胞膜、红细胞膜、脑细胞 Na^+.-K^+-ATP 酶、Ca^(2+)-ATP 酶、Mg^(2+)-ATP 酶活性的影响。方法:先时兔灌服大剂量寒凉药,再结扎左冠状动脉前降支,逐渐缩窄升主动脉口径建立 CHF 少阴病阳虚水停证兔动物模型。对造模成功的动物随机分为空白组、中药组、西药组,并设假手术组对照。结果:中药组、西药组同空白组比较,心肌细胞膜 Na^+-K^+-ATP 酶、Mg^(2+)-ATP 酶,脑细胞Ca^(2+)ATP 酶活性明显提高(P<0.05),各组红细胞膜 ATP 酶活性无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味真武汤能提高 CHF 少阴病阳虚水停证兔心肌细胞膜、脑细胞 ATP 酶活性。 Objective:To observe the effect of modified Zhenwu Decoction (ZWD) in treating congestive heart failure.Methods: The rabbit model of congestive heart failure(Shaoyin disease of Yang-Deficiency and water retention) was established by feeding large dose of Chinese herbal medicine cold in nature for 7 days,then ligating the left anterio-descending coronary artery and constricting gradually the calibre of ascending aorta.The model animals were divided into blank group,western medicine group and ZWD group.And a control group consisted of sham-operated rabbits.Adenosine triphosphatase (AT- Pase) activities including Na^+ -K^+ -ATPase,Ca^(++) -ATPase and Mg^(++) -ATPase activity in erythrocyte membrane,my- ocardial cell membrane and cerebral cells of the experimental animals were measured and compared.Results:After ZWD or western medicine treatment,the Na^+ -K^+-ATPase and Mg^(++)-ATPase activity in myocardial cell membrane and Ca^(++) ATPase activity in cerebral cells elevated significantly when compared with blank group.P<0.05.The ATPase activities in erythrocyte membrane of all groups was different insignificantly.Conclusion:Modified ZWD could increase ATPase in myocardial cell membrane and in cells of brain.
