摘要
目的:观察固脱汤对失血性休克大鼠微循环变化的影响。方法:用激光多谱勒显微镜测定了用固脱汤后,失血后5h 内失血休克大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的改变。结果:固脱汤能使失血休克大鼠的平均动脉压在较长时间内维持于较高水平,能维持细动脉流速,能明显减少细静脉内的白细胞贴壁粘附数,能减少微血管周围渗出。结论:固脱汤能改善失血休克大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍,使休克病情有所改善。本工作支持休克发生的糖皮质激素减少假说,并为抗休克提供了新的思路。
Objective:To study the effects of Gutuo decoction (GTD) on mesenteric microcirculatory disorders in hemorrhagic shock rats.Methods:Using laser Doppler microscopy to study the effects of GTD on mean artery pressure ( MAP),veloc- ity of blood flow in arterioles,the number of leukocytes adhered to the endothelial cells and the perivascular exudation of venules.Results:After administration of GTD,both MAP and velocity of blood flow in arterioles increased rapidly and maintained at a higher level,the number of leukocytes adhered to the endothelial cells and the perivascular exudation of venules decreased markedly.Conclusions:GTD might improve the microeireulatory disorders in hemorrhagic shock. These results supported the hypothesis that glucocorticoid receptor decrease in the pathogenes is of shock,and provided a new idea for the treatment of shock.
