生脉注射液对乳鼠中毒心肌细胞增殖周期、蛋白质合成的影响

摘要 目的:探讨生脉注射液对乳鼠中毒心肌细胞增殖周期动力学及蛋白质合成的影响。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测技术检测心肌细胞增殖情况。结果:生脉注射液对中毒心肌细胞增殖周期有显著影响,使 G_1期细胞百分率明显减低,细胞增殖指数升高;同时发现生脉注射液还能促进中毒心肌细胞蛋白质合成,使细胞内蛋白质含量显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液具有促进乳鼠心肌细胞增殖及蛋白质合成的作用。 Objective:The effects of Shengmai injection(SMI)on the dynamics of cell proliferation and protein synthesis in the toxic myocardial cells of neonatal rat were investigated.Methods:The dvnamics of cell proliferation and protein content in neonatal rat myocardial cells were determined by the flow cytometer.Results:SMI was shown to increase the cell prolifer- ation in toxic myocardial cells of neonatal rat.The percentage in cell G_1 phase was decreased,the proliferation index (PI) was increased.In additions,SMI increased the protein contents in the cells injured by doxombicin(P<0.05).Conclu- sion:SMI seemed to induce the dynamics of cell proliferation and protein synthesis in neonatal rat toxic myocardial cells.
