牛黄熄风胶囊对脑出血模型大鼠体感诱发电位的影响

Effects of Niuhuang Xifeng Capsule(牛黄熄风胶囊)on Somatosensory Evoked Potentials on Experimental Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Rat

目的:观察牛黄熄风胶囊(NHXFC)对大鼠脑内囊出血的疗效。方法:将脑出血模型大鼠随机分为3组,分别用 NHXFC、脑血康(NXK)和生理盐水(NS)治疗,在治疗前后观察动物神经病学评分和体感诱发电位(SEP)改变。结果:(1)与治疗前比较,NHXFC 和 NXK 组治疗后神经病学评分均降低(P<0.01);SEP 潜伏期缩短(P<0.01),但这些指标在两治疗组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与 NS 组比较,NHXFC 和 NXK 组治疗后神经病学评分降低(P<0.01);NHXFC 组所有 SEP 波及 NXK 组部分波潜伏期缩短(P<0.01,P<0.05)。(2)大鼠模型SEP 潜伏期与神经病学评分呈高度正相关(r=0.97～0.99,P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:NHXFC 可明显促进脑出血大鼠神经功能的恢复,其作用相似或优于 NXK。SEP 可用于内囊出血的疗效观察。

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule(NHXFC)on the rat models of experimental intracerebral hemorrhage into internal capsule area.Methods:The model rats were randomly divided into 3 groups which were respectively treated with NHXFC,Naoxuekang(NXK)or normal saline(NS),and the neurologic grades and so- matosensory evoked potentials(SEP)of the model rats were observed before and after above treatments.Results:(1)Af- ter treatment,the neurologic grades of both NHXFC and NXK groups were highly lowered compared with that of before treatment(both P<0.01),but the difference of neurologic grades between the two groups was insignificant(P>0. 05).All the latencies of SEP(P_1,N_1,P_2)in NHXFC group were shorter than those of before treatment and NS control groups(P<0.01～0.05),while only one wave latency in NXK group was shortened compared with NS group(P<0. 05),but the difference of all wave latencies between the two treated groups was insignificant(P>0.05).(2)The laten- cies of SEP in the rats were highly correlated with the neurologic grades(r=0.97～0.99,P<0.01～0.05).Conclu- sions:NHXFC accelerates the nerve function recovery of the rat models with intracerebral hemorrhage and its curative ef- fect might be similar to or prior to that of NXK,SEP might be used as a powerful index of observation on curative effect of intracerebral hemorrhage.
