益肾胶囊对慢性肾衰大鼠肾小球系膜增殖硬化的影响

Effect of Yishen Capsule(益肾胶囊)on Mesangium Proliferation and Glomerulosclerosis of Chronic Renal Failure in Rats

目的:观察益肾胶囊对慢性肾衰大鼠肾小球系膜增殖硬化的影响。方法:采用灌胃法给予7/8肾切除慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠益肾胶囊,观察给药后大鼠肾脏病理学变化。结果:与灌服生理盐水的未治疗组大鼠相比较,益肾胶囊能明显阻抑系膜细胞及系膜基质的增殖,减轻肾小球全球硬化、节段硬化、球囊粘连及肾小球代偿性肥大;降低 IgM、Fib 系膜区沉积及 TGF-β系膜区表达(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:该方能减轻7/8肾切除大鼠肾小球系膜增殖硬化程度。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yishen Capsule (YSC) on mesangium proliferation and glomerulosclerosis of chronic renal failure in rats.Method:Rats were divided into false operation group,untreated group and treated group for partial 7/8 nephrectornized mrs,and physiological salt solution and YSC were given to the last 2 groups by gastrogavage. Results:In comparison with rats given physiological salt solution in the untreated group,it was found that the YSC had the function of preventing mesangium proliferation,reducing glomerulosclerosis and segmental sclerosis and decreasing de- posit of IgM_2,Fib in mesangium (P<0.01 or <0.05).Conclusion:The YSC could reduce mesangium proliferation and glomerulosclerosis of partial 7/8 nephrectomized rats to some extent.
