摘要
目的:观察乌头汤合并局部加温对小鼠和大鼠的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法、扭体法和大鼠足跖肿胀法,比较单用乌头汤及合并局部加温的效果。结果:乌头汤40g/kg 灌服和20g/kg 灌服合并局部加温30min 后均能显著提高小鼠对热刺激的痛阈。乌头汤20g/kg 灌服合并局部加温的镇痛药效接近度冷丁组。乌头汤40g/kg 和20g/kg 灌服合并局部加温能降低0.7%醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应发生率。乌头汤100%浓度浸足合并局部加温对由皮下注射10%新鲜蛋清0.1ml 所致的大鼠足跖肿胀度的抑制作用大于各单用实验组。结论:乌头汤合并局部加温能增强小鼠对热致痛的镇痛作用及抑制大鼠足跖肿胀度作用增强。
Objective:To observe analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Wutou decoction (WTD) combined with local hy- perthermia.Methods:Hot plate test and writhing test were used to study analgesic effect in mice,and fresh egg white- foot edema method was used to study anti-inflammatory effect in rats,comparing the effect of WTD used single and the effect of WTD together with local hyperthermia.Results:WTD given by gastrogavage in a dose of 40g/kg or 20g/kg combined with local hyperthermia applied for 30 minutes could markedly raise the pain threshold of thermal stimulation in mice.The analgesic effect of WTD (20g/kg) combined with local hyperthermia was close to the effect of dolantin,WTD (40g/kg or 20g/kg) combined with hyperthermia could inhibit the rate of writhing reaction induced by intraperitoneally 0.7% acetic acid in mice;bathing the feet in the WTD in 100% concentration combined with local hyperthermia for 30 minutes could significantly inhibit the swelling of metatarsus in rats induced by subcutaneously injecting 0.1ml of 10% fresh egg white.The inhibit rate was higher than that of WTD singly used.Conclusion:WTD combined with local hy- perthermia could enhance analgesic effect induced by hot plate in mice and decrease toot edema induced by fresh egg white in rats.
