摘要
目的:从红细胞膜介电参数的变化方面初步探讨活血化瘀方改善红细胞聚集状态、降低血粘度、改善微循环及抗红细胞膜损伤的作用机理。方法:用细胞介电测量系统分别对模型组、用药组和对照组大鼠红细胞悬浮液介电常数ε和电导率δ进行测量。结果:模型组大鼠红细胞悬浮液介电参数(ε,δ)较对照组明显减低,用药组较模型组明显升高而与对照组无差异。结论:活血化瘀方能对抗被动吸烟对红细胞介电参数的影响,保护红细胞膜结构与功能的完整性。
Objective:To investigate the functional mechanism of Huoxue Huayu recipe (HXHYR) improving erythrocytes ag- gregate conditions,reducing blood adhesiveness,improving microcirculation and anti-injury in erythrocyte membranes. Methods:Dielectric parameters permittivity ε and conductivity δ of erythrocyte in suspension were measured in model group,HXHYR treated group and control group rats respectively by cell dielectrion measuring system.Results:Dielectric parameters (ε,δ) of erythrocyte suspension in model group decreased significantly compared with those in control group and HXHYR treated group.And the parameters of HXHYR treated group increased obviously than those of model group, but no significant difference when compared with control group.Conclusion:HXHYR could prevent erythrocyte dielectric parameters from being changed by passive smoking and protect the structure and function integrity of erythrocyte mem- brane.
