摘要
目的:研究黄芪对人表皮体外生长的作用。方法:采用人表皮体外培养系统,观察黄芪对人表皮扩展的影响。结果:黄芪实验组人表皮扩展倍率明显高于对照组,且其效应与浓度呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪具有促进上皮生长和创面愈合的作用。
Objective:To study the Effect of Radix Astragali(RA)on the growth of human epiderm in vitro.Methods:Using human epidermal cells culture system,the influence of RA on the growth of epidermis was observed.Results:The epi- derm expanding rote of experimental group treated with RA was raised significantly in comparison with the control group. The higher the concentration of the drugs,the higher the expanding rote was(P<0.01).Conclusion:RA could acceler- ate the epidermis growth and promote the wound healing.
