活血片对豚鼠庆大霉素耳中毒后听功能的影响

Effect of Huoxue Tablet(活血片)on Hearing Loss Caused by Gentamycin Ototoxicity in Guinea-Pigs

目的:探讨中药活血片对豚鼠庆大霉素耳中毒后的治疗作用。方法:采用脑干听觉诱发电位(ABR)检查治疗前后听阈的改变;光镜、电镜观察治疗组毛细胞的修复情况。结果:豚鼠庆大霉素耳中毒后经活血片治疗1个月,听阈平均改善6.07dB(P<0.01);扫描电镜下,治疗组毛细胞的整体情况明显好于对照组。结论:活血片能改善豚鼠庆大霉素耳中毒后的听力,其主要作用机制可能为活血片促进了受损毛细胞功能及形态的恢复。

Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Tablet(HXT)in treating hearing loss caused by gentamycin ototoxicity in guinea-pigs.Methods:Change of hearing was recorded with auditory brain-stem evoked response audiometer(ABR), and state of hair cell was determined with light and electron microscopy.Guinea-pigs were treated with HXT after gen- tamycin ototoxicity for a month.Results:After HXT treatment,hearing of animals improved significantly for 6.07 dB in average,P<0.01.Scanning electron microscopy showed that the state of hair cell of HXT group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:HXT could improve hearing loss caused by gentamycin ototoxicity in guinea-pigs,the mechanism might be by way of recovering the morphology and function of damaged hair cell.
