科技期刊组稿与编辑的信息意识

The Contribution Soliciting of Scientific Periodical and The Information Consciousness of Editor

我国科技期刊论文的发表时滞过长，被引证率低，这与编辑的信息意识不强，出版观念落后有关．提出科技期编辑应加强和培养自身的信息意识，掌握现代信息手段，才能做好组稿工作．

At present,the publishing cycle of scientific periodical in our country was too long and the citing rate too low. The author thinks that is due to the lacking of information consciousness and the obsoletness of publishing sense of editors. So,in order to improve the quality of contribution soliciting,the editors themselves should enhance and cultivate the information consciousness and strengthen the ability of modern information collecting.
