摘要
水源保护林是以保护水资源和水环境为目的,以调节水量、控制土壤侵蚀和改善水质为目标的综合防护林体系,它包括水源保护区域范围内的人工林和天然林及其它植被资源。水源保护林在涵养水源,减少径流泥沙,延缓径流汇集的速度,降低洪峰,增加枯水期流量等方面具有重要功能。目前,我国水源保护林经营存在以下问题:水源保护林体系不完整,控制和稳定理水功能低下;水源保护林结构不合理,功能不明显,缺乏科学经营;水源保护林受人为恶性干扰,调节水源功能中断。本文从水源保护林经营目标、经营原则与经营技术及其理论基础方面进行探讨,提出我国水源保护林定向恢复技术、经营模式。
The synthetic protective forestry system of water resources protection forest aims at protecting water resources and water environment, adjusting water amount, controlling soil erosion and improving water quality as well as conserving water, decreasing run off silt, postponing flow converge, decreasing maximum flow and increasing discharge of river in dry season. Now, the protective forest of water resources in our country exists several problems, such as incomplete system of water resources protection forest, low function of water stability, lack of scientific management, irrational structure and disturbance of human activity. The paper raises scientific management method including directive restoration techniques, management model, rational structure, and model of buffer zone construction form management goal, management principle and management techniques and theory.
