防护林水土保持功能持续提高的机制及对策

Study on Mechanism and Strategies for Sustainable Development of Soil and Water Conservation Function of Protective Forest

依据可持续发展的机制，通过对防护林水土保持功能发展过程的分析得出：其发展过程可分为成长期、成熟期和减退期，并定义成熟期为可持续发展期。分析了影响水土保持功能持续提高的环境分配系数ｒ和环境利用系数ｋ，认为ｒ是防护林中光、水、肥分配的参数，ｋ为光、水、肥利用的参数。防护林水土保持功能的持续提高，应通过调整ｒ和ｋ，即调控防护林的树种组成、林分层次和林分密度，形成合理的林分结构，保持成熟期的持续发展。

According to a general rule of a systems development which is described as Logistic curve. The developing process of soil and water conservation function of protective forest is divided into 3 stages including growing,mature and descending according to the developing speed.The mature stage is definde as the period of sustainable development.The length of the period of sustainable development is influenced by light,water and manure distributing and using coefficients r and k.Thereby, it is raised as the strategies for sustainable development of soil and water conservation function that we should adjust the distributing coefficient r and using coefficient k,prolong the mature stage and shorten the growing stage and descending stage.
