摘要 研究了磁分离法处理含动植物油废水的原理和工艺条件结果表明,当废水含油量为112~1855mg/L、CODCr为2800~8020mg/L时,用磁分离法处理,可使油和CODCr去除率分别达到85%和75%以上磁分离的磁种(粉)需用量为250mg/L。 The technological conditions and principle of treating the animal and vegetable oils-bearing wastewater by the magnetic separation method were studied. Experimental results show that oils and CODCr removal rates for magnetic separation treatment of the wastewater containing 112~1855mg/L oils and 2800~8020 mg/L CODcr werw over 85% and 75% respectively under the conditions recommended. The does of magnetic seed (particle) is 250 mg/L, and they can be utilized repeatedly. The magnetic-particles used for the tests in this paper were prepared by this research group.
