摘要
用乙酸乙酯、无水乙醇、乙醚分别对桔皮、橙皮、柚皮进行提取,提取物用于对食用猪油的抗氧化性研究,结果表明:3种果皮的不同溶剂提取物都有良好的抗氧化作用;抗氧化能力按乙酸乙酯、乙醇、乙醚提取物依次减弱;相同乙酸乙酯提取物,桔皮的比橙皮和柚皮的抗氧化性更强.
The extractions respectively from the peels of tangerine,orange and citron with the ethyl acetate,ethyl alcohol and ethyl ether are tested on the antioxident value to the lard.The results show that all of nine extractions are good antioxidants for the lard;The antioxidative activities are lower one by one with the extraction ethyl acetate,ethyl alcohol and ethyl ether;The tangerine peel extractions are better than those of orange peel and citron peel when ethyl acetate is concerned.
