Exploitating the Sludge Soil Dredged Area and Developing the Conservancy Economy of the Yellow River

黄河淤背区是堤防工程的组成部分，同时又是可以开发利用的工程工地资源。通过对淤背区开发利用的简要回顾和总结，找出存在的问题，并对进一步开发利用好淤背区提出了建议。

The sludge soil dredged area of the Yellow River is a component part of the dykeproject, it is also the exploitable land resource project. We found out the existing problemsthrough reviewing and summarizing the exploitation situation of the sludge soil dredged area.At the same time, some good views,which can exploitate and utilize the area further are proposed.
