谈黄河下游断流对环境的影响及对策

Effect of Dry River in Lower Reaches of the Yellow River on Environment and its Corresponding Treatments

针对黄河下游河道不断发生断流的现状，分析了断流形成的原因及断流对经济发展和人民生活的影响、对防洪的影响、对下游地区及河口生态环境的影响；并提出了相应的对策建议。

Aimed at the status of dry river came frequently in lower reaches of the Yellow River,we analysed the forming causes of dry river and their effects on economy,people's life,floodprevention,and environment of lower reaches and river mouth area,the corresponding measuresand suggestions are proposed here.
