摘要
黄河下游自1986年以来，出现了历史上少见的枯水系列，分析了黄河山东段连续中小水情况、成因，以及中小水引起的主槽严重淤积、河势弯曲上提、防洪工程易出现突发性险情等对黄河治理及防洪十分不利的问题，并针对存在的问题，提出了今后中小水情况下山东黄河防洪需采取的对策。
Shandong reaches of the Yellow River occured unusually dry channel series since1986. Continuous middle and small water situation, cause and some damage problems are analysed here, some countermeasures are put out as well.
