摘要
为稳定黄河入海流路，尽可能延长现行清水沟流路的行洪时间，进行了清8人工出汊。通过清8人工出汉的实施，总结了人工出汊工程设计的基本经验；人工出汊的优越性；同时提出了为稳定黄河口现行流路进行人工出汊的规划性意见。人工出汊结合疏浚和工程措施，现行清水沟流路稳定50a是可行的。
To steady the Yellow River channel into the sea and to delay the floodtime of present Qingshui gully, the artificial outlet of Qing 8 was realized. The basic experiences weresummarized. At the same time,the dividiation and suggestion were put out.
