Countermeasures of Sustainable Development in Shandong Reaches Harnessment of the Yellow River

着重分析了目前山东治黄事业存在的建设资金短缺、黄河频繁断流和淤区生产环境恶化等问题，指出这些问题已构成制约山东治黄事业和两岸经济发展的三大因素，探讨了实施山东治黄可持续发展的必要性和主要对策。

Some problems existed in Shandong reaches harnessment of the Yellow River,suchas fund deficience,water cut or no water often and the environment declining in the silt area,are analysed here. These are becoming three main factors restricted the Shandong reaches harnessment of the Yellow River and the economic development of the both banks. At the sametime,the main countermeasures of harnessing Shandong reaches of the Yellow River are putout.
