胆囊癌的早期诊断及治疗

The diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder cancer

目的探讨胆囊癌的早期诊断和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院近6年收治的18例胆囊癌患者。结果18例胆囊癌患者术前均行B超检查,其中诊断为胆囊癌10例,确诊率为55.5％。18例均行手术治疗,6例行胆囊切除术,余均行姑息手术。病理诊断胆囊腺癌17例.鳞癌1例。结论我们认为B起检查是早期诊断胆囊癌的有效方法,对胆囊癌的治疗应力争行根治性手术,以期提高生存率。对无法行根治手术患者,可行姑息手术改善症状。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment effect of gallbladder cancer.Methed Eighteen cases with gallbladder cancer were analysed in our hospital from 1992 to 1998.Results Eighteen patients with gallbladder cancer were examined by B type ultrasound. There were ten patients in gallbladder cancer. The others were diagnosed as gallbladder polypus and gallbladder stone. The rate of the diagnosis in ultrasonic wave was 55. 5%. Operation treatment was selected in all patients, cholecystectomy in 6, palliative operation in others. Seventeen cases were adenocarcinoma,lcase squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion We considered that ultrasonic examination was effetive method in the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer. Radical operation should be selective in gallbladder cancer. In order to relieve the symptom of the advancing patients with gallbladder cancer, palliative operation Should be performde.
