摘要
目的:合成以咪唑为桥,以三(2—苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺(简称NTB)为配体的单核和同双核过渡金属配合物,并测定其结构。方法:以市售过渡金属的硝酸盐为原料,在热甲醇中与NTB共热,并加入咪唑,得到不同的配合物,将产物进行元素分析,并对Co(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的含咪唑单核配合物进行了红外光谱分析。结果:红外光谱分析表明配体中的咪唑氮原子以及作为桥的咪唑中的氮原子均与金属离子发生配位。结论:以咪唑为桥,以三(2—苯并咪唑亚甲基)胺为配体合成单核和同双核过渡金属配合物来模拟超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),在理论和实验上均是可行的。
Objectives: Synthesis the mononuclear and binucleustransition metal complexes donated by NTB. Methods; Co (NO)2 ?3H2O. Cu (NO)2 · 6H2O. Ni (NO4)2 · 6H2O were dissolved inhot methol respectively and reacted with NTB. The elementalanalysis. IR spectra were determined. Results: The IR spectrashows two sharp peaks for vC = N and δN-H due to the Ncoordinatectimidazolc. Conclusions: To imitate superoxide dismutase. the metal donated by NTB and bridged by imidazole was available.
