悬钩子属20分类群微量元素的测定

Determinations on 23 fruits of Rubus

目的:测定覆盆子类23种生药中铜锌铁钴锰5种微量元素的含量。方法:采集标本,分类鉴定,采用原子吸收分光光度法对各分类群果实进行微量元素的测定。结果:悬钩子果实中锰含量普遍较高,含量在35—220g/ug之间,其中以拟覆盆子为最高,可达220.99g/ug。结论:提示覆盆子类中药的补阳作用可能与其含有较高的锰元素有一定关系。

Objective:to determine the five trace elements Cu、Zn、Fe、Co、Mn in 23 fruits of Rubus. Method:These elements were measured with atomic absorption spectrometry. Result:There was full of Mn in the fruits of Rubus. Conclusion: Herbs which can invigorate yang have highly content of Mn.
