卵巢切除大鼠正畸牙齿移动的实验研究

摘要 目的:了解雌激素缺乏时大鼠正畸牙齿移动的特征。方法:切除大鼠双侧卵巢,复制雌激素缺乏的动物模型,进行实验性牙齿移动。结果:实验表明,在术后的不同时间点内,牙齿移动的速度不一,相同时间点内的同一力值卵巢切除(OVX)组大鼠牙齿移动的距离明显大于对照组,(P<0.01)X光片显示OVX组大鼠正畸牙周骨吸收严重。结论:雌激素缺乏时正畸牙齿移动速度加快,这种快速的牙齿移动是伴有严重牙周损害的病理过程。 Objective: To find out the characteristics of experimental tooth movement in ovariectomized rat. Methods: Estrogenous deficient rats were used by bilateral ovariectomy (OVX) and executed experimental tooth movement. Results: During different time points of post -operation, with the same forces in each of the two group's, the results indicated that the OVX group's distance of tooth movement was longer than that of the control's (p<0. 01 ). the X -film showed that severe resorption of alveolar bone appeared in OVX rats. Conclusion: Under the condition of estrogen dificiency , the speed of orthodontic tooth movement was more quick than that of the control's. Obviously, the kind of tooth movement was a pathological process with serious periodonta! injuries.
