摘要
目的:探讨天保宁抗氧自由基作用对冠心病患者血管内皮损害与脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法:对26例冠心病患者采用天保宁(银杏总黄酮甙)治疗,观察治疗前后的循环内皮细胞数(CEC)、血浆及红细胞内过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物岐化酶,并与12例健康献血员进行对比。结果:发现冠心病组治疗后CEC、LPO均较治疗前下降,但仍明显高于对照组,红细胞内外SOD及SOD/LPO比值在治疗后明显升高。结论:血管内皮损伤在冠心病的发生、发展中有重要作用,并与病情严重程度相一致。天保宁可通过抗氧自由基及阻抑过氧化脂质产生而发挥其保护血管内皮细胞,缓解临床症状的作用。
To investigate the influence of Taponin inhibits lipid peroxides production effects on CHD patient's blood vessle endothelial cell damage and oxygen species reaction.Method:CEC、LPO and SOD was measured on 26 cases CHD patients,and was compared with 12 cases health controls.Results:The CEC and LPO was significantly reduced by Taponin trerapy,but still higher than health controls.The RBC intra-and extracellular SOD and SOD/LPO ratio was obviously accelerated in CHI) group when treated by Taponin.Conclusion:The blood vessle endothelial cell damage has an important role in development of CHD.Taponin could reduce lipid peroxides production,and help in improvement the symptoms of CHD patients.
