摘要
目的:进行布洛芬离子电导入经皮给药系统家兔体内药动学参数和生物等效性评价,为布洛芬离子电导入经皮给药系统的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定布洛芬不同给药途径给药后不同时间家兔血液浓度,计算药动学参数并进行生物等效性评价。结果:离子导入给药法的吸收速度快,AUC及Camx分别为透皮给药的3.7倍和5倍。结论:布洛芬离子导入经皮给药系统有望成为新的全身给药方式。
To furnish theoretical evidence for clinical application of transdermal ionphoretic ibuprofen de- livery system by compared the pharmacokinetic parameter and the bioequivalent of ibuprofen in rabbit.Methods:The ibuprofen was given in different ways and the blood was collected from vein at different time and the concentration was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC).The pharmacokinetic parame- ter and the bioequivalent in plasma of ibuprofen given in different ways were compared.Results: It was showed that the absorption rate of transdermal ionphoretic ibuprofen delivery system was faster than that of traditional peroral mode. The AUC and the Cmax of the former was as 3.7 times and 5 times as the absorption through skin respectively.Conclu- sions:The transdermal ionphoretic ibuprofen delivery system may be a new mode as administration dosage.
