摘要
目的:观察模拟人体频谱照射对小鼠生长发育及对应激耐受能力的影响。方法:采用WS—模拟人体频谱治疗仪(简称WS仪)照射小鼠,每天2次,每次30min,连续21d,观测实验小鼠体重及腺体的增长、耐寒、耐热、耐力(即持续游泳时间)。结果:照射后实验小鼠的体重(6.980±2.599)和脾脏系数(6.170±1.635)明显增加(P<0.001);肾上腺系数(0.712±0.103)亦增加明显(P<0.01);胸腺系数(2.686±0.953)虽有增加但无显著性意义(P>0.05);耐寒(12.88±0.64)、耐热(257.80±76.23)及持续游泳时间(292.00±43.82)明显延长(P<0.01)。结论:模拟人体频谱照射可明显促进小鼠的生长发育,提高小鼠对应激状态的耐受能力。
To observe effect of WS-frequence spectrum radiation on growth and enaurance for emergency in mice.Methods:It has been determined that gain weight and glands and cold-resistant and heat-resistant and endurance(swim duration) in experimental mice.The mice had been radiated vertically with the WS-frequence spectrumphysiatrics apparatus for 30 minutes,twice daily for 21 days.Results:There is a enhance in gain weight(6.980 ±2.599, P<0.001) andeoeffieient of spleen(6.170±1.635,P<0.001)and adrenal gland(0.712~0. 103,P<0.01) but except thymus(2.686±953,P>0.05)in experimental mice.In addition,there is a increase in cold-resistant (12.88±0.64)and heat-resistant(257.80±76.23)and swim duration(292.00±43.82), P<0.01.Conclusions:WS -apparatus can promote growth and endurance for emergency in mice.
