摘要
运用目前国外流行的摩斯顿互惠分组教学模式,对武汉体院摔跤队的40名运动员进行了实验教学,学生的技术、战术水平提高幅度明显高于常规教学训练的水平。
The moston mutual aid group dividing teaching and training model is used to train the 40wrestlers of Wuhan institute of Physical Education experimentally. The results show that the wrestlers'technique is much better than that of the control group.
