应用体内扩散盒法观察了补肾方剂刺激小鼠骨髓CFU—E生长,实验观察显示,无论补肾阳、滋肾阴方剂都可刺激骨髓造血机能,增加红系细胞生成,但补肾阳方优于滋紧阴方,灌胃给药途径优于注射.

The current study observes the effects of kidney - nourishing recipes on bone marrow CFU - E (Colong Forming Unit - Erythroid) growth in mice by using the diffusion - chamber method. The results show that both kidney-yang and kidney-yin nourishing recipes stimulate bone marrow blood -ginerating functions and increase CFU-E production. Meanwhile, kindney -yang replenishing recipes prove superior to kidney - yin nourishing recipes, perfusion better than injection.
